Ritual Retreat was born from a simple belief: every treatment, whether it's 15 minutes or two hours, should be a whole experience.
After a decade working in award-winning day spas across Christchurch and as a laser skin therapist in Australia, I wanted to create something of my own. A space where the details matter. Where the lighting, the bedding, the aromas, and the touch all come together to leave you feeling genuinely better than when you walked in.
Prebbleton deserved that. And so did you.
My clients come back for the experience as much as the results. I work hard to read what each person needs, adjust my technique accordingly, and make even the most clinical treatment feel personal. I'm professional but warm, informative without being pushy, and genuinely committed to making every client feel heard and at ease.
At Ritual Retreat you'll find a hygienic, private, and beautifully considered space where there is no judgement, only care. I know what it feels like to feel vulnerable in a treatment room, and I want every person who walks through my door to feel safe, relaxed, and looked after.

Trained to a
high standard
Natasha holds qualifications from the National School of Aesthetics and ITEC, including diplomas in Beauty Therapy, Applied Aesthetics, Body Treatments, Facial Electrical Treatments, Nail Technology, and Epilation, alongside certificates in Electrology, Physiatrics, and Aesthetics. Over ten years she has trained with leading skin companies and across a wide range of modalities including microneedling, laser, LED, RF, and laser hair removal.
